2-year apprenticeship

Your workplace as a chef is where enjoyment is created – in the kitchen. In the 2-year apprenticeship, the focus is on the practical part, the theory is reduced. You will learn the basics of cooking, the processing and preparation of all types of food, working and cutting techniques. Creating and preparing delicious dishes from fresh, regional and seasonal products is a real craft. Kitchen procedures, merchandise knowledge and hygiene are also basic kitchen skills. After completing the apprenticeship, the training can be extended with a qualification as a chef.

We are a family hotel that has existed for over 6 generations. The inn and cooking have a long tradition here. Learn the real craft of cooking.

We are on company vacation

Dear guests, our hotel and restaurant will be on vacation from 02.08. to 18.08.2025.
