Training in the Allgäu

Hotel specialist (m/f/d)

from September 1, 2026
3-year apprenticeship

As a hotel specialist, you will work wherever guests need to feel comfortable.
During your training, you will get to know all areas of our hotel: reception, the breakfast and service area in the restaurant, the kitchen and housekeeping.

You will learn how to look after guests in a friendly manner, accept and process reservations, organize processes and maintain an overview. Topics such as ordering goods, preparing food and drinks, simple office work, marketing and dealing with guests in a professional manner are also included.
No two days are the same – and that’s what makes this job so varied.

We are a family-run hotel in the 6th generation.
You will receive intensive training with us, and our dedicated trainers will accompany you throughout your entire apprenticeship. It’s important to us that you don’t just help out, but really understand how a hotel works. You will learn all the important basics and develop a feel for this profession step by step.

During your training, you will build up a broad range of specialist knowledge and learn to take on responsibility. Once you graduate as a hotel specialist, many paths are open to you – with the opportunity to work in various branches of the hotel and catering industry worldwide.

We are a family hotel that has existed for over 6 generations. Being a host is part of our family philosophy. We are passionate about our profession and we want to pass on this passion!
