3-year apprenticeship
Your workplace as a chef is where enjoyment is created – in the kitchen. You will learn the basics of cooking & and everything to do with food. Creating and preparing delicious dishes from fresh, regional and seasonal products is a true craft. Product knowledge, kitchen organization, costing and hygiene are also part of the kitchen. During your training, you will gain a broad theoretical and practical knowledge of your profession. Do you love cooking? Make it your profession.
We are a family hotel that has existed for over 6 generations. The inn and cooking have a long tradition here. Learn the real craft of cooking.
