Training in the Allgäu

Cook (m/f/d)

from September 1, 2026
3-year apprenticeship

Do you enjoy cooking, are you interested in food and nutrition and want to learn a real trade? Then make it your profession and start your apprenticeship with us at the Rose.

Your workplace as a chef is where pleasure is created – in the kitchen.
During your training with us, you will learn how to cook from scratch: how to handle food consciously, how to work with fresh, regional and seasonal products and how to create honest dishes from good ingredients. Cooking is a real craft & tradition for us. You will learn step by step how to prepare, cook and serve food.
The training also includes product knowledge, kitchen organization, hygiene, costing and the structured processes in a professional kitchen. Theory and practice are closely intertwined.

We are a family-run company in the 6th generation.
With us, you will receive intensive support, clear instructions and always have a contact person at your side. It is important to us that you not only work with us, but that you really learn – professionally and personally.

During your apprenticeship, you will build up a broad range of specialist knowledge and learn to take responsibility. At a time when regionality and natural foods count, the profession of chef is a future-oriented trade – more relevant and important than ever.

If you love cooking, why not make it your profession? All the basic techniques, the conscious handling of food and creating dishes from the products with your hands - that's the real craft of cooking. And it's always fascinating to see what you can create yourself!
