The Rose has been around since 1843 and today we are the 5th and 6th generation to run our hotel-inn – with a lot of passion, very personal and firmly rooted in the Allgäu.

What can you expect from us?
Cozy rooms with lots of wood – and an incredible view of the mountains. An Allgäu breakfast that tastes like home – with lots of homemade delicacies and products from the village and the region. And a cuisine that is still genuine: here we cook ourselves, by hand – what we serve is down-to-earth, honest and you can taste it. Spaetzle and potato salad, roast meat from the oven: all home-made, according to old recipes and with fresh ingredients straight from the Allgäu.

The Rose is idyllically situated in the West Allgäu between Wangen and Isny, surrounded by mountains, meadows and forests.

When is check-in and check-out?
Your hotel room will be ready for you from 2.00 pm, check-out should be by 11.00 am.
Can you arrive later? No problem – just let us know by phone or email.

Our daily fresh Allgäu breakfast is included with every booking. Breakfast is served in the form of a buffet and is self-service. Tea & coffee specialties are served fresh.
